• We only charge the minimum necessary to get your parcel to you safely
• All parcels we send are insured at no extra cost
• If paying by credit card, if a different delivery address to billing address is given, additional information such as a copy of a utility bill or driving license may be requested.
• We will only ship products outside the UK in special circumstances. Please contact us with your specific requirements.
• The majority of our deliveries are made within 7 days from placing an order, if the products are in stock. Delivery dates for out of stock items will be advised on order.
• Please note that we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay in delivering goods that are beyond our reasonable control ie. acts of God, rioting, floods, fire etc. as a guide.
• In the unlikely event that your product appears lost or is damaged in transit please contact us.
• If your order arrives damaged or incomplete please notify the courier on delivery and inform us within 24 hours. We will do our best to sort out the problem as quickly as possible.
Returns
If the product is found to be faulty, we will repair it or replace it, at our cost,
including the cost of shipping and, if reported within 28 days, we will also bear
the original cost incurred by the consumer in returning the faulty item.
